The main entrance of the fair is on the 2nd floor. Take the outside stairs along the east side of the Terminal to access the entrance or use the elevator in the Centre d'interprétation portuaire (access from de la Commune W. street), which leads directly to the Promenade d'Iberville.
A 1st floor entrance (door 3, east side) is accessible at all times for visitors with reduced mobility.
Another elevator is available between the two floors of the fair. Here are the elevator's dimensions:
- Elevator door measurements : 42’’ x 84 ‘’ (106.68 cm x 213.36 cm)
- Elevator measurements : 48’’ x 75’’ x 89‘’ (121.92 cm x 190.5 cm x 226.06 cm)
- Maximum elevator capacity : 1350 kg
Two wheelchairs are available for use at the coat check on each floor.
A reduced mobility cabin is available in multiple cabin bathrooms in the Terminal (1st floor) and the Pavilion (2nd floor). See photo below. Two individual reduced mobility bathrooms are available in the hallway of the Terminal as well.

Sensory-Friendly Hour
Sunday April 12, 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Looking for a quieter time to explore the fair? We are offering a Sensory-Friendly Hour, on Sunday April 12, from 10 to 11 a.m., dedicated to individuals from diverse ability backgrounds - e.g., with disabilities, reduced mobility, chronic pain, hearing loss and neurodivergent individuals who may feel overstimulated by crowds and noises.
An ASL interpreter and an LSQ interpreter will be available to assist anyone who wishes to communicate with the exhibitors.
Participation in the Sensory-Friendly Hour is available by reservation only. If you are interested in participating, please send an email to info@agac.ca.
Forum: Sign Language Interpretation
The Plural Forum features 7 panel discussions, 3 workshops, and 6 guided tours.
There will be interpretation in Quebec Sign Language (LSQ) or American Sign Language (ASL) at each panel discussion of the Plural Forum, depending on the language in which the event is conducted. The sign language interpretation is also recorded for our Youtube channel.
Interpretation in Quebec Sign Language (LSQ) or American Sign Language (ASL) is available by reservation for guided tours and workshops, depending on the language in which the activity is conducted. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, interpreter availability cannot be guaranteed. To submit a request, please write to us at info@agac.ca before April 1st.
Artwork Labels
In the Plural exhibition on the 2nd floor, in the Pavillon, a version of the artwork labels in plain language will be available, along with audio versions in English and French.
Audio versions of Plural 2026's installation labels, in both English and French, will also be accessible via a QR code.
